Transparency data: List of non-submission of annual accounts
The Regulator of Social Housing has published an updated transparency list of private registered providers of social housing that have not submitted annual accounts within the required six-month deadline. The notice states that this is a requirement under the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008 and that RSH will continue to engage with the providers concerned.
