CERT seeks views on 115,000 sq ft college-to-hotel conversion
CERT Property is consulting on proposals to convert Manchester’s former Shena Simon Campus into a 167-bed hotel called The Oliver, before submitting a planning application. The £60m scheme would repurpose the grade II-listed Chorlton Street building and add an events space, restaurant, bar, gym and wellness centre.
