Salboy enters suburban BTR market
Salboy Group has launched Everway Homes, a new suburban build-to-rent brand aimed at delivering 2,000 houses by 2031 across England and Wales. The first scheme is underway in Staffordshire, with further projects in several other regions and a strategy focused on low-rise delivery outside the Building Safety Regulator gateway process.
