Why choose an RPSA surveyor

The RPSA set the highest standards in residential surveying, with every mainstream survey based around a full and thorough inspection. Conveyancers

RPSA survey reports include a dedicated conveyancer section, enabling you to quickly and easily identify the information that’s important to you. We will look for issues including boundaries, extensions, rights-of-way, flying freeholds, drainage, planning etc. and report with photographs and clear flags where further enquiries may be needed.

Estate Agents

Unlike the “Dr Death” surveys of old, RPSA surveys are designed to help the buying process, not hinder it. By completing more thorough inspections we can help clients understand any defects without resorting to panic, delays and conflicting “specialist” reports.
