A Historic Friday Night for Surveyors at The Negotiator Awards 2025

What a night! The chandeliers were shaking at the iconic Grosvenor House on Park Lane this Friday for The Negotiator Awards 2025. It was a spectacular, sparkling gala attended by over 800 guests and hosted by comedian Marcus Brigstocke.

For the first time ever, these prestigious awards included two categories specifically recognising excellence in surveying. It felt like a true watershed moment for our profession, and I am absolutely bursting with pride to report that RPSA members took home the GOLD in BOTH categories!

Here is the roll of honour from a historic evening:

🏆 Supplier of the Year: Independent Surveyor

• GOLD: 840 Property & Surveying Services. Massive congratulations to RPSA member Abby Raynor. The judges noted her passion for raising standards. Sadly, Abby couldn’t make it to the ballroom, so I had the absolute honour of hopping up on stage to collect the trophy on her behalf.
• SILVER: Trew Surveying.
• BRONZE: Complete Inspection Surveyors.
• HIGHLY COMMENDED: The Good Surveyor; Ashton Lee Surveyors.

🏆 Supplier of the Year: Surveying Firm

• GOLD: Novello Group. Huge congratulations to James Brook and his team. It was brilliant to see James, Jack Pye, and Paul Wareham up on stage collecting their well-deserved award. The judges were incredibly impressed by their approach to staff upskilling and their client portal.
• SILVER: Holdens Chartered Surveyors & Building Consultancy.
• BRONZE: Houzecheck.

🌟 Lifetime Achievement A very special mention to Kate Faulkner OBE, a great friend to the RPSA, who was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Kate Faulker OBE - No intro required - I can't think of anyone more deserving of this 1st-ever, very prestigious award.
