RPSA Registered Address Update – End-of-Year Notice for Members

As we head into the final day of the year (31 December) and look ahead to the year to come, we would like to make members aware of a small but important administrative update.

The Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) has a new registered address, effective immediately:

While this change does not affect the day-to-day running of the Association, it is essential that our records — and yours — are kept up to date as we move into the new year.

Panel Members – Important Action Required

If you are a Panel member, please ensure that:

  • Any invoices raised to the RPSA use the new registered address
  • Your invoice templates, accounting software, and saved address records are updated accordingly

Invoices should now show the RPSA address as 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU.

This is particularly important for year-end and early-January invoicing to avoid any delays in processing.

A Small Change, but an Important One

Using the correct registered address helps ensure:

  • Smooth processing of invoices
  • Accurate financial and  compliance records
  • A clean administrative start to the new year
