RPSA SHINES A LIGHT ON SURVEYING EXCELLENCE WITH NEW NATIONAL AWARDS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE NEGOTIATOR

London, UK – 25 July 2025 – The Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) is delighted to announce its pioneering partnership with The Negotiator Awards 2025, launching two groundbreaking new awards specifically designed to recognise and celebrate the exceptional work of residential surveyors nationwide. 

Now in its 17th prestigious year, The Negotiator Awards, in association with the RPSA, has introduced these categories to champion the breadth of talent within the surveying profession. It's a truly unique opportunity to elevate brand awareness and secure a priceless marketing tool for those who win. 

The two new categories are:

• Independent Surveyor of the Year: This accolade will celebrate the brilliant work of solo practitioners and micro-practices (typically comprising 3-5      surveyors) who consistently demonstrate dedication, client focus, and have a measurable impact on their local communities. 
• SME Surveying Firm of the Year: This category recognises small to medium-sized surveying firms (6 to 50 full-time employees) that are      driving innovation, growth, and providing outstanding customer service, all while preserving that essential personal touch. 

These awards are completely free to enter and truly open to every residential surveyor, irrespective of affiliation or accreditation. 

The judging process is fair and transparent. A respected panel of 30 industry leaders and experts of impeccable reputation will be at the helm, ensuring genuine and deserved recognition.

• Winners Announced: The champions will be revealed at a spectacular gala dinner on November 28, 2025, at the iconic Grosvenor House on Park Lane, London. This prestigious event is attended by 1000 of the UK’s leading estate and letting agents and suppliers, and presented by a top TV      celebrity. 
• Conference & Expo: The Awards presentation is preceded by The Negotiator Conference & Expo, the annual leadership summit for the residential property industry, which takes place earlier on the same day at Grosvenor House.
