Coming soon – a Flood Performance Certificate for every rental property
Flood Re is piloting Flood Performance Certificates for rental properties in England to provide standardised information on flood risk and resilience. The certificates are intended to help tenants, landlords, lenders and insurers understand exposure and identify practical measures to reduce flood impacts, with pilots starting this year in flood-prone areas.
