A free webinar on the homebuying reforms
The way homes are bought and sold in England, Wales and Northern Ireland is set to change. On 19 June 2026, the government published its homebuying and selling reform roadmap, with a property condition report expected to sit at the heart of a new upfront sales pack. For residential surveyors, this is among the most significant shifts the profession has seen in a generation.
The surveying world is changing, and some firms are already responding. Skyline Surveyors have been ahead of the curve, having developed one of the first upfront survey products designed for this exact market. They are now hosting a free webinar to help surveyors understand what the reforms could mean for their work and their businesses.
