Finding time away from inspections, site visits and report writing is never easy, but the Sava Residential Surveying Expo is one date that is well worth making room for in the diary.

Taking place on Tuesday 6th October at the Coventry Building Society Arena, the Expo has become a firm fixture in the residential surveying calendar. With around five hours of free CPD covering both technical and career-focused topics, it is a great opportunity to keep up to date, hear different perspectives and see what is shaping the future of our profession.

Just as importantly, it is a chance to step away from the day-to-day pressures of surveying, catch up with colleagues from across the industry, exchange ideas and have some of those conversations that are often difficult to fit into a normal working week.

The RPSA team will be there throughout the day, so please come and see us at our stand. We are always happy to talk about the work we are doing to raise the profile of residential surveyors, our latest standards and initiatives, developments across the industry, or simply the realities of surveying on the ground.

There is certainly plenty to talk about at the moment, from changes to the home buying and selling process to wider market reforms and the continuing evolution of professional standards. And, of course, it is always good to put faces to names and have a proper catch-up.
