Stephen McCarron

Stephen McCarron is a well-known and respected industry leader based in Northern Ireland, with over 30 years of experience in estate agency, surveying, and valuation. A Chartered Member of both CABE and RICS, he has played a prominent role in the profession both regionally and nationally. His leadership was recognised when he served as President of NAEA Propertymark in 2022, and he continues to shape the industry through his current position on the Propertymark board.

Known for his work in both the surveying and estate agency worlds, Stephen brings a unique perspective to the RPSA Council. His appointment strengthens the Association’s representation in Northern Ireland, a region of growing importance to residential surveyors, and reflects the RPSA’s commitment to serving all corners of the UK.

With a particular interest in building pathology, Stephen contributes deep technical knowledge that enhances the Council's work on property condition and structural performance. He also regularly undertakes surveys in the North West of England when visiting his daughter in Liverpool, further broadening his geographic reach and professional insight.
