Homes England seals Cambridge East land deal
Homes England and the Hill Group have completed the acquisition of the 700-acre Cambridge East site from Marshall Group. The site is earmarked for more than 10,000 homes and 9,000 jobs, indicating a major long-term development pipeline for the area.
