Dwelly strengthens Cotswolds presence with fifth acquisition of the year
Dwelly has acquired Cheltenham-based lettings agency Elliot Oliver, adding around 900 fully managed properties and expanding its footprint in the Cotswolds and wider South West. The deal is the company’s fifth acquisition of 2026 and forms part of a strategy to retain local leadership while improving operations through systems and AI-led infrastructure.
