Plan-making
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has updated its plan-making guidance to reflect the transition to the new legal framework for local plans. The revised guidance also combines the former Plan-making and Local Plans guides and clarifies how the National Planning Policy Framework applies during the transition period, including where more than one Regulation 19 consultation has taken place.
