RSH warns council to make fundamental changes for tenants
The Regulator of Social Housing has issued a C4 consumer grade to Haringey London Borough Council after finding very serious failings and warning that fundamental changes are needed to improve outcomes for tenants. It also published a series of other regulatory judgements, including C3 grades for Tamworth Borough Council and Woking Borough Council, with concerns spanning health and safety, fire, water and asbestos remedial actions, disrepair reporting and tenant engagement.
